崗位職責(zé)Job Responsibilities1、團隊管理:團隊業(yè)務(wù)目標設(shè)定,工作排配、績效管理、人才發(fā)展與團隊建設(shè)Team management: team business goal setting, work scheduling, performance management, talent development and team building2、供應(yīng)商管理:與船公司與貨代保持溝通,管理海運預(yù)測與供給,倉位份額,各項目運輸方案的執(zhí)行落地,制定和搭建核心考核指標及監(jiān)控體系Supplier management: maintain communication with shipping companies and freight forwarders, manage shipping forecast and supply, warehouse share, implementation and implementation of transport solutions for each project, develop and build core assessment indicators and monitoring system3、面向外部客戶,進行日常物流履行業(yè)務(wù)溝通,對于客戶需求給出物流解決方案;To communicate with external customers for daily logistics fulfillment and to give logistics solutions for customer needs.4、內(nèi)部客戶協(xié)同:與內(nèi)部上下游部門協(xié)同國際運輸業(yè)務(wù),協(xié)同及整合內(nèi)外團隊、資源、渠道,制定項目推進計劃,跟蹤管理關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的業(yè)務(wù)落地實施情況;即時同頻內(nèi)部客戶服務(wù)要求、快速響應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)異常,投訴處理與反饋;Internal customer collaboration: collaborate with internal upstream and downstream departments in international transportation business, collaborate and integrate internal and external teams, resources and channels, develop project promotion plans, track and manage business implementation at key nodes instantly respond to internal customer service requirements in the same frequency, quickly respond to business exceptions, complaint handling and feedback.5、業(yè)務(wù)思考與分析:定期梳理外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部需求變化,分析業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵性問題,提出改進意見并實施,輸出分析報告,精細化運營,降本增效;Business thinking and analysis: regularly sort out changes in the external environment and internal needs, analyze the business to discover critical issues, propose improvements and implement them, output analysis reports, refine operations, reduce costs and increase efficiency.崗位要求Job Requirements1、本科以及以上學(xué)歷,5年及以上物流工作經(jīng)驗。具有較強的邏輯分析能力,較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力。具有物流項目管理或外派工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more working experience in logistics. Strong logical and analytical skills, strong organizational and coordination skills. Experience in logistics project management or expatriate work is preferred.2、有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識,溝通能力強、抗壓能力強,具備良好的多任務(wù)處理能力者優(yōu)先英語聽說讀寫流利,能夠作為工作語言Good sense of customer service, strong communication skills, strong stress tolerance, good multi-tasking skills preferredFluent in English, reading, writing and speaking, and able to work as a working language3、高度的責(zé)任心,具備較強的項目管理能力,有豐富的跨團隊 溝通協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗,和獨立工作的能力Highly responsible, with strong project management skills, rich experience in cross-team communication and coordination, and the ability to work independently4、接受短期外派Accepting short-term assignments
