Responsibilities:1: Industry Strategic Insight & Planning:1.1 Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of China's energy automation industry, regularly deliver industry analysis reports covering market size, technology roadmaps, and competitive landscapes.1.2 Identify pain points of Top palyers in target sub-sectors (prioritized as wind, solar, nuclear power, battery, etc.), formulate annual industry sales strategies and customers mapping.1.3 Leverage German HQ & local R&D technological strengths to lead value proposition design and business model development for industry-tailored solutions.2: Key customers Development & Value Mining:2.1 Establish a Top-50 industry customers list, penetrate decision-making chains through technical workshops and **** case visits.2.2 Lead end-to-end RFQ management, coordinate pre-sales technical teams to finalize solution design, cost analysis, and bidding strategies.2.3 Implement solution commissioning collaboration models with strategic customers, transitioning from standalone equipment sales to integrated solutions3: Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration:3.1 Build an "Iron Triangle" task force (Sales + Technical + Delivery) to lead resource coordination and risk management for major projects, using CRM or other tools.3.2 Drive collaborative innovation between German technical teams and China R&D centres, spearhead localized adaptation of industry-specific products.3.3 Establish a client demand feedback loop to optimize product roadmaps.4: Marketing & Ecosystem promotion:4.1 Expand strategic partnerships with system integrators and MES software providers to construct an industry solution ecosystem.4.2 Organize industry technology summits and participate in authoritative trade shows to continuously elevate brand influence in target sectors職責:1:行業戰略洞察與規劃:1.1深入研究中國能源自動化行業的發展趨勢,定期發布涵蓋市場規模、技術路線圖和競爭格局的行業分析報告。1.2確定目標子行業(優先考慮風能、太陽能、核能、電池等)中優秀供應商的痛點,制定年度行業銷售策略和客戶映射。1.3利用德國總部和當地研發技術優勢,領導價值主張設計和商業模式開發,為行業量身定制解決方案。2:關鍵客戶開發和價值挖掘:2.1建立行業50強客戶名單,通過技術研討會和標桿案例訪問滲透決策鏈。2.2領導端到端的詢價管理,協調售前技術團隊完成解決方案設計、成本分析和投標策略。2.3與戰略客戶實施解決方案調試協作模式,從獨立設備銷售過渡到集成解決方案3:跨部門協作和資源整合:3.1建立一個“鐵三角”工作組(銷售+技術+交付),使用CRM或其他工具領導重大項目的資源協調和風險管理。3.2推動德國技術團隊與中國研發中心的協同創新,引領行業特定產品的本地化改造。3.3建立客戶需求反饋回路,優化產品路線圖。4:營銷和生態系統推廣:4.1擴大與系統集成商和MES軟件提供商的戰略合作伙伴關系,構建行業解決方案生態系統。4.2組織行業技術峰會,參加權威貿易展,不斷提升目標行業的品牌影響力RequirementFamiliar with DIN-rail power supplies, battery pack, is highly preferred.?????Strong knowledge of the automation industry especially in Energy field is highly preferredBasic understanding of the industry (machine builder/Semi-con/DSC/PLC/Medical) is a plus5 years of sales experience is the must.New business development skills.industries searching and analyzing ability or knowledgestructured planning skillMotivation leadership要求熟悉DIN導軌電源、電池組者優先。?????對自動化行業,特別是能源領域有深入了解者優先對行業(機器制造商/半導體/DSC/PLC/醫療)有基本了解者優先必須有5年的銷售經驗。新的業務開發技能。行業搜索和分析能力或知識良好的計劃能力激勵領導力
