崗位職責：
1、負責365日歷App的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計；
2、基于用戶體驗設(shè)計方法（UED），結(jié)合用戶需求和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)架構(gòu)，完成產(chǎn)品設(shè)計；
3、配合開發(fā)團隊，快速高效地推動產(chǎn)品研發(fā)；
4、進行用戶研究，分析競品，為產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)；
5、制定產(chǎn)品運營計劃，全程跟蹤運營工作，監(jiān)控并分析產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)；根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品并調(diào)整運營策，持續(xù)改進產(chǎn)品；
任職要求：
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，2年以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗；
2、注重細節(jié)，對交互設(shè)計和用戶體驗有深刻的理解，善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提供合理有效的解決方案；
3、對數(shù)據(jù)敏感；
4、有交易型產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；有社交類產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
